Guests staying in holiday cottages in the Center are kindly asked to follow the rules of safe and cultural rest.
The pre-booking (by phone or email) should be confirmed by paying a 30% deposit to the bank account provided by the resort owner. Trmin payment is. In the absence of the above payment of the reservation will be canceled.
Guests registered at the reception are entitled to use the cottages.
Hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 the next day. You can come to OW in earlier hours after prior arrangement with the owner.
The payment for the stay is payable in advance for the whole stay (the amount of the deposit is taken into account). A tourist tax is also charged according to the resolution of the commune council.
Extending the stay in the house by more than one hour after 10:00 will result in an additional fee of 100% of the last night's price.
There is a deposit of 400 PLN / house, which will be returned on the day of departure.
The cottages are handed over to the guest for use and received at the exit by an employee of OW. Please report the departure time in advance to the reception so that the owner of the IA can efficiently collect the house.
Please check the compatibility of the actual condition of the cottage equipment with the list of equipment in each house. In case of any differences in the equipment, this fact should be reported to the reception during the first hour of stay.
In the event of damage to the equipment / property of OW, we ask the owner to inform the owner for repair / replacement. Financial compensation for the above repair / exchange will be charged according to the Center's price list or repair costs and must be paid at the latest on the day of departure.
Because parents bear full responsibility for safety and all the effects of their children's actions, the owner of IA asks for increased and prudent care for them.
The following night's silence is obligatory for OW: - from Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00, - on Saturday and Sunday from 0:00 to 9:00.
It is possible to extend your stay beyond the set date, please report this request as soon as possible to the Reception.
The Center bears no responsibility for items left in holiday cottages. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the room. The Center is not responsible for valuable property left in the cottages or premises of the facility, in particular such as: cash, securities, jewelry, precious stones, documents, numismatic collections, philatelic collections, works of art or other valuable, historic, artistic or valuable items unique.
It is not possible to keep animals in the Center.
Residents of holiday cottages can park their cars in the car park located on the premises free of charge (1 car). Parking at the OW area is an unguarded car park, the Center is not responsible for any loss, damage to vehicles or property left in them. The car park is fenced and closed.
In the case of comments and reservations regarding the level of services, the functioning of the facilities and equipment of the Center, cleanliness and order, the Guest is asked to inform the owner of the IA and request remedial measures.
Due to the wooden construction of the houses, the rules of fire protection must be observed. The houses are strictly non-smoking. There is a penalty of 500 PLN for smoking in the house.
Do not leave open fire unattended (kitchenette), do not use electrical heating devices (except for oil radiators that are supplied), it is prohibited to store flammable, corrosive or other materials that may cause fire hazard in rooms.
Please take out garbage from the cabins to the containers in the resort.
We are obliged to find out where in the vicinity fire extinguishers are located. And how to use them.
The resort is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, e.g. power outages, water, internet or defects caused by wind, rain, etc.
When renting less than 7 days, a final cleaning fee of PLN 50 is added.
Regulations of the Center are announced by posting on the website and posted on the information board at the center.
The management of the Center reserves the right to request the leaving of the IW area by the Guests, not complying with the IA Regulations - particularly disturbing the other guests of the Center in a blatant manner.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on tourist services shall apply accordingly.
These Regulations are effective from May 1, 2019.
